Microsoft has started a remarkable cultural transformation under Satya Nadella. For too many years, our Achilles’ Heel was failing to “close the loop”. We would build heaps of world-class parts, check off a box, and then rush off to build some more parts.
Perhaps the greatest change is that our culture is beginning to value and reward completed scenarios. This shift can only lead to amazing things in the near future. Watch for it.
