This one changed my work life. I used to close Outlook to focus — but then I’d need to reference an email or my calendar. So I’d open Outlook for a quick peek and… BAM, five urgent mails and the end of my focus time.
This way is better. The Work Offline toggle temporarily disconnects Outlook from the server. Then you can focus and refer to information in mail without distractions.
